Kelly the Brave

My good pal Kelly bless her bite the bullet and decided to have laser surgery on her eyes, she has wanted to do this for so long and finally took the courage to go for it.

She rang me up today and told me about it, jeez it sounded something like out of a horror!!! - i was cringing and screeching when she was telling me (dont do eyes)

Anyway the procedure involves having drops put inot her eyes then the Surgeon poking her eyes to test she cant feel anything!, then they get a drill out :o and drill away at her eye she said at this point she wanted to run away and could feel her eyeball being pressed quite hard they then cut a flap of the eye lift it up then laser it for about a minite, then she said she smelt burning ahhhh yuk Surgeon said its ok it's just the gases (like that will make you relax), once that is done they do the other eye and you go into a darken room for 20 mins before they check you over and you leave.

Kelly is so brave for going through this its over quick but its an intense scary thing to out yourself through, but after a few hours the same day she could see perfectly better than 20 20 vision, she has to keep sunglasses on all the time Christian Dior no less LOL!, and she has now perfect eye sight which she is over the moon about, she hated wearing glasses and now she doesnt have to harayyyy!. Couldnt find a pic of her in her glasses as she took them off for photos haha so this pic is of her and her mummy, quite a nice pic i think too:)
